  • MASKS ARE REQUIRED in order to be serviced.

    • If you do not have a mask upon arrival of your appointment. I will provide you one for $2, which will be added to the total cost of your service

CONSULTATION

  • In person consultation is required for all services before an appointment can be booked for new clients and transfer or returning clients that have not been seen for an extended period of time.

  • For all services the client’s hair must be washed, loose, and available for examination within 24 – 48 hours prior to consultation.

  • There is a $25 consultation fee for all services, which will be applied to the cost of your service if service is scheduled for a date within 2-3 weeks of your consultation.

  • Clients forfeit $25 credit if appointment is later rescheduled or cancelled.

  • *This does not apply to JMYLocks services. 

LATE & TARDINESS 

  • Just My Hair understands that time can make or break us.

  • A  10 minute grace period for late appointments is allowed

  • Tardiness Clients are required to notify stylist if they are going to be more than 25 minutes late for an appointment.

  • Just My Hair reserves the right to cancel appointment if a client is more than 25 minutes late.

  • It is up to the client to reschedule their missed appointment.

  • The client is responsible for the $30 service fee if appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled due to being tardy.

  • This must be paid prior to being rescheduled. 

  • A $50 fee will be charged for NO Shows

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

  • Advance scheduling

    • (Approximately 2-4 weeks) is highly recommended.

  • Same and next day appointments are difficult to accommodate

    • Due to high demand for our stylists.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Clients are required to cancel/reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance. 

    • A $30 service cancellation fee will be due IMMEDIATELY if required notice is not given. 

    • Just My Hair reserves the right to refuse further service for reasons of frequent tardiness and/or frequent cancellations, any number of “no-shows,” and refusal to pay any fees owed.

    • A Confirmation text or email service reminder will be sent at least 2-5 days prior to your appointment to confirm.  

      • If we do not receive confirmation within 48 hours of our call, we reserve the right to cancel your appointmtrent.

    • If the client confirms an appointment and decide to cancel within 24 hour of your appointment...

      • The client will be required to pay a $30 service cancellation fee prior to being rescheduled.

    • If the client confirms an appointment and do not show up, this will be considered a “No Show”.

      • The client will be required to pay a $50 service cancellation fee.

      • Just My Hair reserves the right to refuse further service for clients listed as “No Shows”.

PAYMENTS

  • Payments are accepted via Cash, Apple Pay, PayPal, Square or Cash App (as a last option). 

    • Full payments are due at time service(s) are rendered. Payments must be received prior to client leaving. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • A deposit of $100 must be provided in order to confirm an appointment slot via this "Link utilizing The Square."

    • The full remaining balance must be paid on the day the service will be done prior to the start of the service.

    • All balances are due the day of services prior to the start of service.  This non negotiable..
